Our modern duplex apartment is located directly across "El Peñon" (The Rock).The beach, the restaurants and shops are only 20 metres away. The Beach House consists of three bedrooms; two twin bedrooms with balconies looking out to the Mediterranean and one double bedroom with views of the Castle of Salobreña and the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Invite the sea into your home with the open-concept living/dining-room and the terrace which opens out to the beach. Listen to the waves as you relax on the large sofas or as you are sitting around the table enjoying your favourite meal. The house is also equipped with two bathrooms (tub and shower) a full kitchen and laundry.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with shower on the first floor and a newly renovated second bathroom with tub, shower and clothes washer on the second floor.
Parking: There is no designated parking available, however there is ample free parking in the immediate area.
Swimming Pool: Our community swimming pool is open during the summer months. Access to the pool is available to all of our guests during that period.
